This one isn't for everyone. And that's exactly the point.
Night Progression opens in the techno corridor of the early nineties — Atahualpa, B.B.E., Carl Craig's Paperclip People — where the groove was already stripped to its essentials, functional, precise, built for a room that knew how to listen with its body.
Then the shift happens gradually. Jaydee, Ricky Le Roy, R.A.F. by Picotto — the progressive side of the decade takes over, and the BPM starts climbing with it. Not rushing, just rising. The kind of ascent that made you lose track of time at 2am in a club where nobody was checking their watch.
By the time Mario Più and DJ Dado arrive, the room has changed. The air is different. Bobby Flexter closes it in trance-progressive territory — a place that felt like the future in 1996 and still sounds like nothing else.
Sixteen tracks. A very specific memory lane. The kind of music you heard, loved, and maybe forgot you loved this much.
